1. Who operates this site

hilulu.ai is operated by Hi Lulu, LLC, an independent studio. References to "we", "us", and "the company" mean Hi Lulu, LLC.

2. What this site is

This is an informational website about the company. It does not sell anything, does not take accounts or sign-ups, and does not ask you for personal information. Using it does not create a contract between us beyond these terms.

3. The Lulu service is discontinued

Lulu, the introduction service that ran on WhatsApp at this domain, stopped operating on 2026-09-15. Membership in Lulu is ended for everyone. No introductions are being made, the WhatsApp number is no longer monitored, and links issued by the service no longer resolve.

Lulu never charged members, so no refunds arise. Any prior terms governing membership in that service are of no further effect, except that our obligations regarding retained member data continue under the privacy policy.

4. Intellectual property

The company name, the Lulu name and wordmark, the site design, and the software behind it are owned by Hi Lulu, LLC. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.

5. No warranty

This site is provided as is. We make no warranty that it will be available without interruption or that its contents are free of error. Statements about the company describe our current intentions, not commitments to any person.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hi Lulu, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Nobody can bind the company informally

Statements made in conversation, by email, or by any automated system do not create obligations for Hi Lulu, LLC. Only written agreements signed by an authorized representative of the company (contactable at support@hilulu.ai) are enforceable against us.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
